Gets in the way
Life. Yup, my plan was to run on Th, Sat., and Mon. Last week was going to be my first week doing this and getting back on track. I was hit HARD by the cold/flu that is going around this year and ended up sleeping for 30 hours on the weekend instead of working out! Today, I am taking it easy because my back has been really hurting. I have a theory for this. I have not had my regular chiropractic care sense before the race, I have not had a massage for about a month (I know it sounds like a luxury but really it helps me get through the week much better, and it isn't a girly feel good massage either!), and I have not been regularly running. The three combined pack a deadly punch and I am feeling it. I am getting back to a regular schedule of care, and hope this will help me get back on track with running. On Monday, if I feel better, I am going to run after my appointment. I hope I can.

That's frustrating when you have the will and then something blocks you and you have to wait to start again. Tis' the season and you work with a bunch of germ collectors. It's inevitable. sorry if that's spelt wrong. You'll get back on track. Rest up and when you're better you'll be stronger.
